I’m Jake Oliver, Founder of Pathwaze.
Before starting Pathwaze, I spent four years in the Center for Career Development at Manhattan University, supporting students through resume reviews, interview prep, and career exploration.
Later, at companies like Morgan Stanley and Betterment, I saw first hand how underprepared many graduates are to enter the workforce.
I built Pathwaze to change that.
We offer a certification-based approach to career readiness, combining self-paced modules, real-world micro-challenges, and expert-led mentorship seminars. Pathwaze is designed to support career centers without adding to your team’s workload or requiring any tech setup.
